This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for SARABU VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED.

When refunds apply
Once a returned item is received and inspected, or an order is cancelled before dispatch, a refund is initiated.

Refund method & timeline
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued to your provided bank/UPI details.

Deductions
Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable. Any damage to returned items beyond normal inspection may reduce the refund.
