Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original condition with tags intact.

How to return
Open your order page and choose 'Request a return', select the item(s) and upload a clear photo. Our team will review and, if approved, arrange a reverse pickup.

Non-returnable items
Innerwear, customised or altered items, and items marked non-returnable cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
